By using this website, you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you don't agree to these terms, then you may not use this website. Failure to abide by the terms laid out in these terms may result in the termination or suspension of your account and/or subscription. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the website after we post any changes, you accept and agree to this agreement, as modified.

Content and Linking

This website is for general informational purposes only. Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure that any information we post to this website is both timely and accurate, errors may appear from time to time. This website may not be updated daily, and certain information may not be the most current information available. Before you act on information you've found on our website, you should independently confirm any facts that are important to your decision. Language Vine is not responsible for, and cannot guarantee the performance of, any products and services provided by any advertisers or others to whose sites we link. A link to another website does not constitute an endorsement of that site (nor of any product, service or other material offered on that site) by Language Vine or its licensors. We welcome links to the homepage of our website. You are free to establish a hypertext link to this site so long as the link does not state or imply any affiliation, connection, sponsorship, or approval of your site by Language Vine. Ordering Products and Services

You may be able to order certain Language Vine services through this website. All products and services, their contents, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time with or without notice. Please fully read the terms and disclaimers accompanying any products or services that you order through this website. To obtain access to certain services on our website, you may be required to register. As part of any such registration process, you will select a username and a password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process is accurate and complete and that you will not register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person other than yourself. Language Vine reserves the right to reject or terminate any username that, in its judgment, is deemed offensive. You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password and will notify us of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account.

Fees

The right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

Language Vine offers three subscription plans (1 month, monthly and 3 months).

Monthly Subscriptions automatically renew, therefore Language Vine will charge the subscription fees directly to your credit card after every one-month period (unless you cancel the subscription - see below for more details on cancellation terms). Language Vine will charge the Monthly Subscription fees on the same date of each corresponding month.

You may cancel the Monthly Subscription at any time. After cancellation, Language Vine will discontinue billing for this particular subscription. It is your sole responsibility to completely and fully cancel the monthly payment cycle. Email requests for cancellation cannot be guaranteed or construed as proof of cancellation. The 1 month and 3 months subscriptions will not renew automatically.

Teaching Services Class Rescheduling

The following policies apply specifically to Language Vine Converation, Individual and Comprehensive Plan subscribers:

Subscribers may reschedule classes or private tutoring sessions at no extra cost, providing notice is given (via email or telephone) at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class or private tutoring session.

Please note the dates of upcoming Language Vine United States national holidays. Lanuage Vine teachers will not be available to teach during these dates:

2. Rescheduling your classes

We are happy to reschedule your class times in the case of illness or holiday leave. Should you need to do so, we require that you contact your teacher at least 24 hours in advance. The following policies also apply:

3. Changing teachers

Should you feel dissatisfied with your Language Vine teacher for any reason, you may apply to change teachers via email: leadinstructor@languagevine.com. We will ask you to complete a simple evaluation form and provide your reasons for changing. You will be able to start with your new teacher within one month.

4. Language Vine Liabilities

In the event that Language Vine is responsible for the cancellation of any small group class or private tutoring session, a customer service advisor will reschedule the lesson and (where appropriate) replace the teacher as soon as possible, within one month.

Language Vine will ensure the affected user is compensated for inconvenience caused by extending his or her subscription, calculated on an individual basis.

Group usage

All accounts are intended as individual accounts and can only be accessed by the specified individual whose email address is used for registration of the account. Language Vine reserves the right to terminate without refund accounts and related subscriptions that are being shared beyond the individual user whose email address the account is registered under.

Group discounts are available and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact: support@languagevine.com for more information.

Promotions

Monthly promotions start and end dates will be determined by the time of publishing said promotion and will end at 12:00 AM the first of the following month Eastern Standard Time unless otherwise stated. Language Vine reserves the right to change the starting and ending dates of a promotion and will be responsible for communicating the changes by way of the designated offer's landing page. Eligibility to receive the promotion will be determined by the time of purchase as indicated by the time entries on Language Vine's servers. Language Vine reserves the right to evaluate and refuse individual claims to receiving the promotion if said individual fails to purchase within the designated time period as reflected on Language Vine's server.

While Language Vine will make every possible effort to contact customers that are eligible to receive the promotion, it is the customers' sole responsibility to contact Language Vine to receive the promotional offer and Language Vine reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of a promotional offer if the customer fails to contact Language Vine within 90 days of expiration of a timed promotional offer or within 180 days of purchase of an open-ended offer.

Trademarks and Copyrights

Although we make this website freely accessible, we don't intend to give up our rights, or anyone else's rights, to the materials appearing on the website. All materials available through this website are the property of Language Vine or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws*. Except for the limited licenses expressly granted to you in this agreement, Language Vine and its licensors expressly reserve all other rights and licenses.
